As CCO and COO of CINCaP Investment Group, Fred is responsible for assisting in accounting/payroll, human resources, property management, employee benefits, communications, and legal needs. In a previous capacity, Fred served as COO of a regional broker-dealer for 16 years where he worked closely with the firm’s CCO to institute SPM revisions, refine compliance procedures, manage regulatory examinations, provide AML/suitability reviews and assist on various day-to-day compliance issues. Additionally, he assisted in the refinement of the compliance program for the Broker Dealer and the Registered Investment Advisor. Fred also spent over 13 years in the banking industry on various municipal bond and debt financings.

Fred is a graduate of Miami University and holds the FINRA designations General Securities Representative (Series 7) General Securities Principal (Series 24) Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) and Operations Professional (Series 99).
