Brian graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation along with FINRA designations of General Securities Representative (Series 7), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), and the Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) licenses.
